Asian Nite

Vietnamese Egg Rolls
Tempura Mushrooms with sweet and sour sauce

Calamari with Thai sweet chili sauce

Pho
Large blow with mound of rice noodles topped with thin sliced beef and onions, covered with a unique and delicious beef broth. Side plate with bean sprouts, Thai basil, Hoisin sauce and slice japlapenos.

Lemon Ginger Chicken or Catfish

Teriyaki Beef or Chicken

Seafood Curry with Shrimp, Scallops and Mussels

Vietnamese Mixed Grill
Pork chop, chicken breast or shrimp (choice of 2), marinated and char broiled. Side nuoc nam sauce

Stir Fry Veggies
Veggies onlin or add beef, chicken or shrimp

Sesame Chicken

Pad Thai
Rice noodles, veggies, egg and choice of chicken or shrimp topped with peanuts

Surf and Turf
Ribeye steak, charbroiiled, topped with garlic butter shrimp

Atlantic Swordfish
Fresh swordfish filet, marinated and charbroiled. Topped with sauce of capers, tomatoes, olive oil, white wine and lemon. Garnished with shrimp.

Scampi
Large shrimp, sauteed with mushrooms and artichoke hearets in lemon garlic butter. Finished with white wine and tossted with penne pasta.

Veal  //  Your choice of 3 styles
Picatta – breaded, sauteed and topped with lemon caper butter
Marsala – sauteed with mushrooms in marsala brown sauce
Paremsan – breaded, sauteed, topped with mozarella cheese and marinara. Baked hot.

Stuffed Artichoke Appetizer
Whole steamed artichoke, stuffed with minced veggie/bread crumb mix. Served with melted butter.

Chesapeake Bay Soft Shell Crabs
2 crabs, breaded and fried. Over spaghetti with a sauce of olive oil, lemon, garlic, white wine, mushrooms and artichoke hearts

Alaskan Halibut
Sauteed and topped wtih provencale sauce and garnished with shrimp

Ribeye Steak
Sauteed with mushrooms in a chianti red wine sauce or charbroiled and topped with shrimp in a garlic butter

Pasta New Orleans
Andouille sausage and shrimp, charbroiled and served over spaghetti in cajun cream sauce

Seabass
Sauteed, topped with tomato-olive-caper ragu. Garnished with shrimp

Pasta Bolognese
Hearty, rich, 5 meat sauce over rigatoni
