Dredged in flour, deep fried. Served with Sweet Thai Chili sauce.
Pho
Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup. Large bowl of rice noodles topped with thin sliced beef and onions in a delicious spice beef broth. Served with beansprouts, thai basil, sliced jalapenos, lime wedge, and hoisin sauce. Sriracha available on request.
Vietnamese Noodle Bowls
Includes a cup of soup. Large bowl with chopped lettuce, cucumber, beansprouts, and mint, topped with rice noodles and your choice of protient, sprinkled with peanuts. Served with Nuoc Mam sauce.
